Bookings
Reservations are made through our booking provider, Lodgify. Rates and availability shown at the time of booking apply, and a reservation is confirmed according to Lodgify's booking process. Rates are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Rates & payment
Payments, applicable taxes, and any fees are processed by Lodgify as shown during checkout.
Check-in, check-out & house rules
- Check-in 4:00 PM · Check-out 11:00 AM.
- No pets · No smoking.
- Maximum occupancy of 7 guests unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Guests are responsible for the property during their stay, including any damage beyond normal wear.
Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.
Liability
The property and its amenities are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your stay, and guests use the home and its amenities at their own risk.
Governing law
